Educational Background

Syndi Ecker is a life-long learner and well seasoned professional. She earned a Bachelor of Sciences in Home Economics with an emphasis in Family Studies and Nutrition from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. Then she received her Masters of Arts degree in Human Behavior Development from City University in Seattle, WA. She has recently earned additional certifications in Applied Behavioral Analysis from the Florida Institute of Technology, and is one of the original mentors for Michelle Garcia-Winners’ Social Thinking. In 2016, she received a certificate from the Institute of Nutritional Leadership, led by Dr. Joshua Axe.

Personal Background

Syndi has lived on the Central Coast in California for 30 years with her husband, two daughters, her precious dog, Malibu, and cats, Catalina and Blue. She is active in her community.
