Your Greatest Self.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Syndi for the past several years in a school environment. She brings so much experience and knowledge while helping support students with an autism spectrum diagnosis and other disabilities. She truly enjoys working with children and makes a difference in their lives as they stride towards independence and social inclusion. She is an involved team member between families, students, and teachers. Syndi has provided a wealth of knowledge and strategies for me working with special needs students. I highly recommend Syndi for any behavioral and social needs you may have with students of any age or ability. She is truly dedicated to making a difference in peoples’ lives!
For the past 11 years, I have been blessed to come to know Syndi Ecker in both personal and professional capacities. As a 49-year-old woman, if I were challenged to state the top 10 names of persons who have most positively affected my life, Syndi would undeniably make the list. Syndi simply embodies integrity. She is honest, kind, gracious and conscientious, always showing sincere interest in others and striving to improve herself at every opportunity. She has developed an incredible set of skills, which she uses to benefit others. Syndi is intuitive and models resiliency and introspection, which, combined with her high energy, encourages a contagious enthusiasm for life. What I love the most about Syndi is that she never runs from a challenge, but instead heads straight for it.
