We provide value-based support to schools and families in building a strong bridge between the two that creates open dialogue for improved student outcomes.  Syndi Ecker, Special Education Coach and Behavior Consultant, is trained in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). 

She uses ACT to help the parties come together to focus more clearly on the outcomes that may best suit the individual potential as the family journeys through the school years. 

Syndi helps develop and promote advocacy skills that will communicate most effectively the wants and needs while remaining legally defensible and school friendly.  Syndi uses her over 25 years of experience as an Educational Consultant in special education to help navigate this complex system of care.
