Our team of professionals made up of educators in special education, BCBA’s, and SLP are here to provide educational environments with the tools needed to support and train staff and individuals in current evidence-based practices that are trauma informed and demonstrate compassionate care.

We base our interventions on PBIS/MTSS practices that we believe helps support all students to feel safe and protected in the school environment.  If further supports are indicated, our interventions and protocols follow the tiers of intervention model and use ABA technologies that best support the individual needs of each student from least to most supports. 

When a student engages in high level severe challenging behaviors, all our team members have been trained in the processes of Dr. Greg Hanley’s Practical Functional Assessment and Skill Based Treatments to help mitigate behaviors that can come under the stimulus of a functional communication response. 

The team has a trained SLP to help identify the proper functional communication response for the individual success of each student.  We believe in incorporating multi-disciplinary approach to collaborate and coordinate service delivery successfully.
